Information notice pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Dear Customer/Supplier,

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 establishes that the data subject must be informed in advance regarding the use of their personal data, and that the processing of personal data is permitted only with the explicit consent of the data subject, except in cases provided for by law.

Purpose of processing:

Personal data are processed within the normal business activities of Im.Ex.Serve s.r.l. for administrative and accounting purposes:

• Supplier management (supplier administration, management of contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices, selection according to company needs)

• Legal and economic management of personnel

Companies or external individuals carrying out activities strictly related and instrumental to the management of the business relationship, such as:

• Credit institutions

• Consultants and professionals, both individual and associated

Retention period

Personal data will be retained for a maximum duration of 10 years and/or until the conclusion of the contractual relationship.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and in such case has the right to:

• Obtain access to personal data, request rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning them, or object to such processing;

• Receive the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine‑readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another controller (data portability);

• Be informed of the existence of automated decision‑making processes, including profiling;

• Withdraw consent at any time, if expressed, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

Nature of the data and consequences of failure to provide them

Without the processing and communication of data of a mandatory nature for the purposes described, it will not be possible to provide the data subject with the requested services and/or products, in whole or in part.
